Rear Guard Ballistic Shield Backpack Insert

Our upgraded Rear Guard Ballistic Shield Backpack Inserts are now made in the USA! They are half the thickness and weigh less than similar-looking panels that are imported from China. This thinner, lighter insert has been tested to NIJ level 3A bulletproof standards making them the perfect choice for everyday personal protection.

• Level 3A bulletproof armor inserts will repel most common handgun calibers including 9mm, .38 cal, .380 cal or .22 cal bullets, .40 S&W, .357 magnum, and .44 magnum
• Made in the U.S.A. with a soft and lightweight design to fit in Streetwise Brand ballistic shirts as well as all sizes of backpacks to provide protection to vital body organs
• Note: This is a Level 3A insert and will NOT repel rounds from high-caliber rifles like an AR-15.
• Note: These inserts weigh from 1 lb up to 1.6 lbs, are between 10″ to 17″ tall and 8″ to 11″ wide, and all have a depth of 0.25″. Please make sure to measure the bag you’re going to place these in so that you can ensure you purchase the right size. We strongly suggest you create a cardboard template of the dimensions of this insert and confirm it will fit the backpack it is intended for. We offer sizes that will accommodate all! It is also a good idea to approximate the added weight to ensure the person it is intended for can manage it.
